GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE STUDY PROGRAM

Legal studies are uniform, ending a professional diploma degree in law.

The curriculum was developed by the Regulation of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of 5 October 2011 on the terms and conditions in a specific field of study and level of education.

 

Number of semesters and the number of credits required to obtain qualifications (working title) – 10 semesters/300 point ETCS.

The curriculum provides 65 subjects in 10 semesters.

 

1st YEAR

The first year includes 16 subjects and two additional trainings  11 in the first semester and 7 in the second one (two items are year-round).

  1. During the first semester, in the 11 subjects and courses are:
  2. Two general subjects
  3. Two core subjects
  4. Five major subjects
  5. 2 training (health and safety, and label)

Among these items 5 end with an exam, 3 credit with the mark, 1 –ends with a credit (training also ends with a credit).

During the second semester, among seven items there are:

  1. 3 General Courses
  2. 2 core subjects
  3. 2 major subjects

Among these items 3 ends with an exam, 4 credit with the mark.

 

2th YEAR

There are nine subjects in the second yera. 5 subjects in the first semester, six in the second (two subjects are year-round).

During the third semester, among five subjects there are:

  1. 1 general subject
  2. 4 core subjects

Among these subjects: 3 subjects end with an exam, 2 end with credit and a mark.

The fourth year includes 6 subjects:

  1. 2 general subjects
  2. 1 core subject
  3. 3 major subjects

Among these subjects 3 end with an exam, 2 credit with a mark, 1 – with credit.

 

3th YEAR

There are 11 subjects in the third year. 5 in the first semester and six in the second one.

During the fifth term there are 5 subjects:

  1. 2 core subjects
  2. 3 major subjects

Among these items 4 end with an exam, one ends with credit with a mark.

During the sixth semester, among six subjects there are:

  1. 1 general subject
  2. 1 core subject
  3. 4 major subjects

Among these subjects two end with an exam, 4 end with credit with a mark.

 

4th YEAR

There are 11 subjects in the fourth year. 6 – in the first semester and 6 in the second (one subjects is a year-round).

During the seventh semester, among the five subjects there are:

  1. 1 general subject
  2. 1 core subject
  3. 4 major subjects

Among these items 4 end with an exam, one credit with the mark, one with the mark.

During the eighth semester, within six subjects are:

  1. 1 general subject
  2. 5 core subjects

Among these items two ends with an exam, 3 credit with the mark, one with the mark.

 

5th YEAR

There are 18 subjects in the fifth year. 10 in the first, nine in the second semester (one subject takes a year).

During the ninth semester, among the 10 subjects there are:

  1. 1 general subject
  2. 5 core subjects
  3. 4 specialist subjects

Among these subjects 9 end with a credit with the mark, one with credit.

During the tenth term, in the course 9 are:

  1. 2 general subject
  2. 3 major subjects
  3. 4 specialist subjects

Among these subjects 8 ends with a credit with the mark, one with credit.
